What’s the difference between an auto order and a subscription?
An auto order is a flexible monthly recurring shipment where you choose when during the month you want delivery (across 4 delivery periods). You can easily change products until 11:59 p.m. the day before your selected period. A subscription is an auto order with a fixed 6-month commitment period that provides even deeper discounts. After the 6 months, it continues as a regular auto order at the subscription price. Both options offer reduced prices, access to monthly offers, and the Eqology Magazine.
What is the 3FF (3 For Free) program and how does it work?
The 3FF program allows you to get your Eqology products for free! When you sign up three friends as customers who buy the same product as you, you receive your product free the following month (you only pay shipping/handling of €6.90). This continues every month as long as you and your three friends maintain active auto orders of the same product. Everything except standalone tests counts toward 3FF. It’s an easy way for satisfied customers to share products they love while earning their own supply for free.
